# Article 87 – Reporting of infringements and protection of reporting persons

_CHAPTER IX – POST-MARKET MONITORING, INFORMATION SHARING AND MARKET SURVEILLANCE_

**1.** Directive (EU) 2019/1937 shall apply to the reporting of infringements of this Regulation and the protection of persons reporting such infringements.
